Personal Use License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Caron Racing Systems LLC ("Licensor") grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased or downloaded photos and/or videos ("Licensed Content") for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

2. Permitted Uses

• Display the Licensed Content for personal enjoyment (e.g., social media, desktop wallpaper, personal website, or print).
• Share the Licensed Content on personal social media accounts with proper attribution to Caron Racing Systems LLC.
• Print the Licensed Content for personal, non-commercial display.

3. Restrictions

The Licensee shall not:

• Use the Licensed Content for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to advertising, resale, or promotion.
• Alter, edit, or modify the Licensed Content in a way that misrepresents the original work.
• Remove or obscure any watermark, logo, or copyright notice included in the Licensed Content.
• Distribute, sublicense, or allow third parties to use the Licensed Content.
• Use the Licensed Content in any defamatory, illegal, or unethical manner.

4. Copyright and Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the Licensed Content remain the exclusive property of Caron Racing Systems LLC. This license does not grant ownership, only usage rights under the terms of this agreement.

5. Additional Licensing Requests

For any uses outside the scope of this license, including commercial or promotional use, please contact Caron Racing Systems LLC at caronracingsystems@gmail.com to discuss licensing options.

6. Termination

This license is automatically terminated if the Licensee violates any terms outlined in this agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the Licensed Content.

7. Liability and Indemnification

Caron Racing Systems LLC shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the Licensee's use of the Licensed Content. The Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold Caron Racing Systems LLC harmless against any legal claims resulting from misuse.

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Agreement Acceptance

By purchasing, downloading, or using the Licensed Content, the Licensee agrees to abide by the terms of this Personal Use License Agreement.
